An extra dark oily roast made from Central American coffees for deep, heavy coffee flavor. Origin characteristics are DIMINISHED and acidity is non-existent.
All of our coffee is grown in Marcela, La Paz, Honduras which is fully washed and sun-dried. The coffee is grown at a altitude of 1300-1700M in clay mineral soil. All of our coffee has has a SHG/EP/Organic certification.
