These blended coffees are both natural/dry processed and wet mill washed/sun dried. These techniques are friendly to the environment, the rain forests and the living creatures of the high elevation mountains where these coffees are grown.
All of our coffee is grown in Marcela, La Paz, Honduras which is fully washed and sun-dried. The coffee is grown at a altitude of 1300-1700M in clay mineral soil. All of our coffee has has a SHG/EP/Organic certification.
